Your tasks in
Lead Designer
position
Identify and visualize opportunities to up-level our client’s product experiences to benefit our users
To do supervision and review team designs
Be a steward of great product design by ensuring solutions set high visual and interaction design quality standards
Help team to collaborate with Clients to identify product requirements, based on user needs and business needs
Identify the most important needs and opportunities for user research efforts
Mentor junior designers, advocate best practices, and boost company-wide confidence in our work.
Ability to manage team, assign designers to projects, participate in resource planning
Manage designers’ workload, report to PM about overloading/bench
Participate in Project estimation and Pre-sales process
With HR build and maintain IDP for designers team
Grow in UI/UX design, beautify and smarten the world with us!
What do we expect from you
Minimum of 3 years of design experience working in the digital sector, preferably with an agency background
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to adhere to deadlines and calendars
An intimate understanding of digital design
A strong digital portfolio with tools and product examples
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
Experience in data-driven and user-centered design
Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate design concepts and solutions
Up-to-date with the latest digital trends, techniques, and technologies
Nice to Have
Understanding of web and mobile technologies
Template and component design systems
Adobe Creative suite & Figma competency
Degree or post-graduate-related fields
Passionate about creating content for a wide audience
